We are proud to offer secure, insured shipping across the continental United States through our trusted partner, FedEx.

- Applies to in-stock items only.
- Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) typically ship the next business day.
- Shipping is available within the lower 48 states only.
- All packages are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
Special Orders & Processing Times
- Some items — including online exclusives or custom pieces — are Special Orders and require additional production time.
- Special Order shipping timeframe: Typically ships within 4–6 weeks
- Shipping rates for Special Orders may vary. Please contact us prior to purchase to confirm availability and timing.
- Special Orders are not eligible for free or expedited shipping unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Policies & Requirements
- Signature Required: All shipments require an adult signature for delivery.

Alternate Shipping Addresses: Must be pre-authorized through your credit card provider to prevent delays or fraud.
Tip: Contact your bank to add the alternate address before completing your purchase. - Shipping Outside Colorado: Available within the U.S. only. For select high-value orders outside Colorado, we may request payment via wire transfer.
- International Shipping: Not available at this time.

We want you to love your purchase — but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
- Return within 14 days of purchase
- Item must be in original, unworn condition
- Cannot have been altered or serviced by anyone other than Victoria Marie Jewelers
- Subject to 15% restocking fees and any applicable shipping costs
Return Exceptions
Special Orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
Special Orders include any item that was:
- Custom made or modified
- Not in stock and ordered per your request
- Sized or set specifically for you (e.g., eternity bands, designer mountings)
How to Return an Item
- Email sales@vmjewelers.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
- Securely package the item, including all original materials and paperwork
- Address package to:

Refund Process
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of return approval
- Bank wire payments will be refunded by company check
- Please do not ship any items without a valid RA#.
