Shipping Outside Of Colorado
Victoria Marie Jewelers offers FedEx shipping within the United States. In order for certain items to be shipped beyond Colorado we may request you complete your purchase via wire transfer. If this is necessary for the item you have chosen, we will contact you with further instructions and your originally selected payment method will not be charged. At this time we are unable to ship internationally.

In-Stock And Special Order Purchases
You will receive a purchase confirmation via e-mail once your credit card information has been verified and authenticated. You can expect our in-stock items to ship the same or next day. Special orders and E-Commerce items require additional time for processing and cannot ship same day. You can expect your special order to arrive on average 4 to 6 weeks (Subject to Change). Please contact us via email or phone for availiblity and estimated shipping date prior to on line purchases.
How Do I Return An Item?
Simply email us at email@example.com to obtain the RA# and then securely package your item(s). Ship your item with a signature required on delivery and fully insured for the purchase price to the following address:

Returns & Exchanges*
If you are not completely satisfied —for any reason —you may receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase date, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been worked on by any other jeweler outside of Victoria Marie Jewelers. You may also exchange the merchandise for full credit towards another purchase. *Special orders are not refundable, Special orders include any item that has been custom ordered, modified, or is not a in-stock item*
Contact us at Email email@example.com and advise that you wish to return your order. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#), place your item in its original box and include everything that was included when you received it. Carefully and securely package it and take it to the nearest Post Office. Insure your item for its full retail value, and simply mail it back to us registered mail. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and issued in the same payment method as the original purchase. Bank wires will be refunded by company check. IMPORTANT: Please do not ship any package to Victoria Marie Jewelers without first obtaining a valid RA#, and insuring it for the total retail value. Please call (303) 841-7353 to obtain an RA #.
Return Policy Exceptions
Exception to our return policy is for items that are custom made for the wearer, custom sized or set which is known as a “Special Order.” Such items include eternity bands and designer mountings. A Special Order is any item not currently “in stock” that is ordered per your request.
